MDA

Substance
These two substances are closely related to MDMA. They differ from ecstasy and from each other primarily in their effects on emotional perception (entactogenic effect), the intensity of empathic states (empathic
effect), and hallucinogenic effects. Both are sold in pure form, sometimes labeled as NPS, or as substitutes for or in combination with MDMA as ecstasy pills.
MDA
MDA (3,4-Methylenedioxyamphetamine, also: 1-[1-3-Benzodioxol-5-yl]-2-proponamine) is a synthetic amphetamine derivative.
group
Entactogen, Empathogen
Consumption patterns
MDA is usually swallowed.
Be careful when mixing substances!

Substance groups
dosage
100 – 150 mg MDA (1.3 mg per kg body weight, e.g. 1.3 mg x 80 kg = 100 mg).
MDEA (MDE, Eve)
MDEA (3,4-Methylenedioxyethylamphetamine) is a synthetic amphetamine derivative,
group
Entactogen
Consumption patterns
MDEA is usually swallowed.
dosage
120 – 150 mg.
MDEA (MDE, Eve)
Similar to MDMA, but milder, without empathogenic effects, less euphoric and stimulating, but more intoxicating; one feels more "high". Hallucinations are possible at high doses (MDEA is metabolized to MDA in the body).
Onset of action
after 20 – 45 min. Duration of effect: 2 – 4 hrs.
Aftereffects
: 3 – 6 hours
Risks and side effects
Nausea, vomiting, dry mouth, jaw muscle spasms, sweating, impaired coordination, sleep disturbances, and tremors are possible. The comedown is described as pronounced, and a depressive mood after consumption is common.

Long-term risks
Long-term risks: MDA is liver-damaging and suspected of being neurotoxic. Cravings sometimes occur, and in rare cases, regular use can lead to schizophrenia-like symptoms and panic attacks.

Safer Use
-
2C-X derivatives work depending on the setting and are only suitable for parties to a limited extent.
-
Pay attention to set and setting: Only take 2C-X derivatives in places where you feel comfortable and safe; refrain from using them if you don't feel well or are afraid of the drug.
-
Never consume 2C-X derivatives alone and only if you feel mentally and physically well and are well rested.
-
Do not add more, dose carefully.
-
Drink enough water during the trip (500ml per hour).
-
When using nasally, follow the safer sniffing rules. Caution: 2C-X derivatives can cause an extremely painful burning sensation in the nose, depending on their chemical form.
-
People with cardiovascular diseases and diabetics face an increased risk when consuming 2C-X derivatives.
-
2C-D, 2C-E, and 2C-H belong to the same group of substances, but differ considerably in terms of dose and duration of action.
-
2C-X derivatives are often sold in pill form, which can lead to mislabeling and confusion.
-
If possible, use a drug checking service. Mislabeling of pills and powders is a recurring problem!
-
Take breaks from consumption of several weeks to process what you have experienced and avoid building up a tolerance.
