Take care of yourself

Chill Out, Cool Down: Since body temperature is usually elevated as a result of taking psychoactive substances, you should take regular breaks in the fresh air or in a cooler room.

Head coverings should generally be avoided, as a large part of heat exchange takes place through the head.

Plan enough time to rest. After the high, rest and relaxation are very important.

Healthy food, vitamins and sufficient sleep strengthen your immune system, which can be weakened by substance use, consumer stress and lack of sleep.

Especially after methamphetamine, ecstasy, speed or cocaine, a hangover can occur with lack of motivation, depressive moods, anxiety and insecurity.

You are exhausted and tired and have an increased need for rest.

When suffering from a hangover, absolutely refrain from further consumption of psychoactive substances – you will only prolong the duration of the after-effects, intensify the negative effects and increase the risk of addiction.

You should feel safe and comfortable in the environment where you consume drugs.
